It's not that I'm a snob. I'm just a food snob. There. I said it.
I just subbed cocoa powder for 1 Tbsp. of the flour (I use millet flour), added a handful of slivered almonds, and a dab of almond extract.
A lovely, lovely, chocolate, chocolate coookie.
Nope. Can't go wrong with a cookie whose name is Chocolate Chocolate anything. :)
